We bought the house in dead of winter. Didn’t know the basement flooded horribly! It was so bad one time the water stayed in basement for so long it made me sick from black mold. The mortgage co. foreclosed and now the house is condemned probably for the mold reason. They plan on tearing it down, will I be liable for the remainder of the mortgage?
