I am trying to find a home loan that I can get that is guaranteed for bad credit regardless of income, no money down payment and amount of home purchase is not limited.. We started into this home with a land contract. We put all of our money into it and now they are selling it right out from under us in just a few days. This has been checked and is legal. Please give me an answer as soon as possible.

We’re a military family, and I believe eligible for a VA home loan. We have about 30K in credit card debt, but are hoping to pay it off before applying for the loan. Just wanted some info on what to expect.

How long of a credit history do you need to establish to be considered for a home loan? There is no bad credit history, just haven’t established credit with anyone.

We are buying a house and since I currently started working from being a stay at home mom for almost two years and I was going to school the whole time. But my realtor/lender is telling me that I can’t be on the home loan. Is that true? She is saying that I will be on the title with my husband but I will not be on the loan? Is there any disadvantages or advantages about this?

We have poor credit and trying to repair it; however we want to purchase a home by the end of the year. Will it adversely affect my chances of getting a home loan if we take out a consolidation loan to kick start the credit pay offs?
So if I can not get a loan, how do I pay off $7000 of dept in less than one year?

Hi! My husband and I are trying to move to Arizona in the next year and buy a house. This will be my first home. We both work full time jobs in California now. Any home loan advisors out there? Can you tell me how I can get approved/pre-approved for a full 30-40 year home loan when we have not yet gotten new jobs in the state we’re planning on moving? One thing I heard is if we plan to rent out the property, then we can get approved for a loan. Please help!

My credit score is around 530 and My husbands is around 630. I have charge offs from 2005 (that will be on my credit report until 2012)
We both have good jobs and bring home around 7000 together each month. We also have around 30,000 saved up for a down payment.
Since our income is decent, and we have a down payment (more than 10%) is it likely we will be able to find a home loan for a new home?

My husband will be taking a job in Atlanta soon, but I will be staying in Los Angeles for a few months until he gets situated. I will be staying with my parents, so I will not be paying rent. Would it be possible to obtain a home loan for a primary residence under this circumstance?

We will be out of debt this month, but i have found out recently that paying off your debt wont really change your credit until you start to rebuild, so i want to go ahead and start to see what kind of home loans/ VA loan i can be approved for. However, i want to know if applying and being denied or applying too many times will effect my credit. This will be our first home so I want to look around to get the best offer, but i dont want that to look bad on my credit. My husband is military so VA loan is a possability too. Please let me know if you have any info. Thanks
Can you get a quote on an interest rate without it effecting your credit so you know what to expect before you actualy apply for a loan? Like doing the qoutes online through certian compainies, will that effect my credit?
Does pre-qualifying effect you credit?
My husband is on active duty in Arizona right now, but were from Mississippi so were living out here but were going back to Mississippi at the end of the year, we have no home there so we have reseach everything out here before we go home, thats were some of the problems start. how do you get pre-qualified from across the country?
